I took the kids down there yesterday.
For those that missed it, it is still very much worth making the trip.
It was great to see all the artwork still there.
Banksy's pieces were of course superb. But also great to see Jef Aerosol's stuff. And the Faile wall is fabulous.
The free for all wall was great.
Grafter's work stood out there!
My point being, for anyone that missed the festival like I did, it's still very much worth a trip to London to check out the tunnel. One of my best days out for a long time.

I spoke to Dora on the poster stall ,who said that pow were gonna try & get a petition up to keep it there permenently !

that's cute, I imagine a soft focus commercial where you pat him on the back like a good wholesome family, good little soldier.

Grafers stuff caught my eye and it was so worth it! I really hope it stays, but I fear people will just gradualy start tagging over the original stuff. Some idiot scratched his name smack bang in the middle of Banksys cave art grafitti removal man. Who ever did this they are wankers!

There was a green one still up when I went last weekend.
My lad found most of the head of a red one on the floor, so looks like someone has tried unsuccesfully to prize them off. Thankfully seem to give up, cos the green one was undamaged.
I saw someone had messed with the Banksy piece too. Great shame.
Loupa - I know what you mean - apologies, I had had a skinfull on Frdiay evening before I started this thread! I was still pround mind you.
