I never understand why people feel the need to tag over other peoples work, and even more so over community murals. You'll never see my stuff over other peoples - bad scene.

Obviously the meaning has now changed slightly, with the council worker cleaning off tags rather than 'art', but the taggers haven't gone over the worker or the cleaned area, so you can't say it's been done mindlessly.
Also the 'FUCK THE BUFF' message remains the same, whether it's tags or 'art' being cleaned off.
