Wanted. price guides on parla canvas & watercolour, by inkheads on May 27, 2008 18:40:46 GMT 1, yo guys. and girls. some help please from you knowledgeable people out there.
i have found some works by jose parla and just wanted a ASDA price checker on them please.
parla. canvas. 70cm x 40cm. nice niche piece, as they all are really. is ยฃ10K too much? i think i saw a guy on WK forum has bought that smaller 1 that was on urbanangel.com for around ยฃ4K i think? and that was a watercolour abstract piece.
parla watercolour. big size. italy gallery were ยฃ7K ish. Elms in october could be ยฃ7K ish or higher. how much more would you pay for a secondary market one? ยฃ10K again too much?
and i hear there is a watercolour at the bonhams urban art auction. what would that fetch?
is it better to try my luck at elms first or strike for both from the same guy before his prices could go up?

are we talking ยฃ10K is about right if 2 x 3 foot was ยฃ15K-20 ish?
and how do you think this watercolour will go in the bonhams auction? first time a parla has been under the hammer? worldwide audience on a parla, not just us guys on a forum?
