I ordered two Parla books from the Il Trifoglio Nero gallery and liaised with a person named Richard. I sent him payment via Paypal last July 03,2008 and he replied me on July 04,2008 that the books has been shipped but never provided a tracking number. The books were to be shipped to the Philippines and until now I have never received anything and I have e-mailed them twice since then but I have received no response.
Anybody could help me talk to someone from the gallery to get this sorted out? or maybe another e-mail that I could use aside from info@iltrifoglionero.com. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

I can not imagine Jose Parla would have a show at some backstreet / online gallery!
Jsn, this is your first post on here so its hard for anyone to take sides.
Try e-mailing him again, better still ring him!
If you really feel stuck, seek a refund through paypal.
You can't come on here and in your first post try to ruin the good name of a gallery.
I am sorry they have not arrived but there may be a genuine reason why. ie Customs in the Phillipines may have loved the books!

I have no idea who jsn is but please send me an email to the gallery (info@iltrifoglionero.com) and I'll have this looked into or you can call me tomorrow.

We post quite a lot of books all over the world, very occasionally they come back to us if they haven't been collected or signed for and for that reason we always take the precaution of sending everything registered mail. In this instance we'll send out replacements to Jason at our cost and investigate later.
Just one thing I can't quite understand.. its okay to leave negative comments if you feel that you need to but when I read this..

You may be right, but being a gallery, you wouldnt like it if your professional reputation was put under the spotlight - especially if no reason is given.
How can he respond or refute your allegations?
