Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by plasticfork on Jun 21, 2008 14:42:19 GMT 1, This piece was from a building destined for demolition - it's about 110cm by 61cm
I don't know when it was done but I'm guessing around 2005?
Because it's so old it has be defaced
(see what it originally looked like here: www.flickr.com/photos/keeping-it-real/1312229567)
But as you can see it could easily be restored to full glory.
I'm in a really tight spot at the moment and wondered how much you thought it would be worth?
P.S. The tiles are lovely too, if you cared
Thanks for your comments!

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by felix on Jun 21, 2008 14:52:04 GMT 1, I think as it would be very hard to display and it has also been defaced with the added eyes and mouth to me not very much.
But if someone likes it....

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by Heavyconsumer on Jun 22, 2008 4:45:53 GMT 1, I think very poor condition makes it tough to value. Being difficult to display would no doubt be a challenge Mr Frameman would accept, but this piece really is in quite a tatty state.

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by craigf on Jun 22, 2008 8:13:06 GMT 1, It's a real shame about the additions as the original look of the piece was very appealing (even if the tiles are quite hideous )

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by eddiedangerous on Jun 22, 2008 11:34:43 GMT 1, so profiteering from the streets, i know exactly where this piece is was, and why the eyes and mouth are painted out. you f**kER, i suppose you're gonna have the toilets out next , for that other piece, and those hands in the doorway must be tempting. I hope it brings you only bad luck. What a pitty another of my favourite street-pieces vanishes into someones collection

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by plasticfork on Jun 22, 2008 15:42:29 GMT 1, Thank you for your kind comments eddie "dangerous" - I completely agree that street pieces should be left as street pieces but the buildings are due to be destroyed because of the drug problem/new rail station thus the piece would have been lost forever. Anyway why don't u go back to getting b*ll0cked by Waleska for selling fake Neates on flickr.
If anyone has any constructive comments please PM me
Cheers

f**k off plastic fork you idiot, flickr is a photo site, to show photos (you're getting confused with ebay), there was never any question of me selling those pieces i found on the street, and as adam left them to be taken by painting them on cardboard i think it fair play. why dont you go back and read Waleska's apology to me regarding that matter.
here: www.flickr.com/photos/eddiedangerous/1934372829/
and then have a look at the 5000 other photos and see how many chances had to take that piece myself, but have an odd outlook that art painted on the streets tends to look better...ON THE STREETS
so when the demolition date for that porche garage? funny, cause i heard the freeholder wouldn't sell the freehold and it was just gonna be left deralict?? what did you here?
I always thought that if you wanted a street piece so bad (or in your case simplyu to sell) it would be the polite thing to wait until demolition starts and then offer the builders cash.
Get lost you little thief and stop touting your s**tty wares here please. As many on this site would say...Jog On!!

If it is an authentic work I would estimate £3,500 for this exceeding piece of art - restauration not included. Poor condition isn't a disadvantage but rather advantageous because especially the poor condition reflects the spirit of Street Art.

because, with respect, my flickr account is my affair, and a documentation of londons street art. i found em, they're clearly marked as fake, and its all a story i shouldn't have to take down because someone misunderstands them. someone did em, just cause they aren't neate I dont have to keep em quiet. also they have never been for sale, and never will.
i enjoyed seeing this piece on the streets, and just cause some f**ker decided hes a bit skint atm...

Great chance to grab an extremely rare Adam Neate graffiti piece - I haven't heard of many being about, I'm not expert but I'm guessing that there won't be for quite some time either.

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by plasticfork on Jun 27, 2008 8:40:37 GMT 1, Couple of people have asked me for estimated prices (sorry I hate it when people just leave it dangling in the air with "message me with best offers)
I'm looking for something more than 1K but less than 2.5K (it needs to be restored so I'm taking that into account - once restored it'll be worth loads and look amazing framed either at home or in a gallery)
Any questions please feel free to post it or message me
Cheers
PS as for the delivery costs - this will be what ever a taxi ride is from from hackney to where ever you live

Adam Neate Original For Sale!, by funster on Jun 27, 2008 8:59:23 GMT 1, IMO by taking something like this and then using Adam's own site to provide the providence actually puts at risk the chances of Adam keeping the site up and running, which would be a great shame for all of us.
