Ian Francis - ORIGINAL PIECE - Open to offers!, by user on Jul 5, 2008 12:43:21 GMT 1, Again if my Butterfly Girl doesn't sell then I will have to go back to thinking about selling this Ian Francis original, "Jessica." It measures 2 feet squared and was bought from a gallery in the US.

Just found out that Ian Francis has had an original accepted into Bonhams for their October sale so it is quite possible and likely that his originals will become even more desirable in the not too distant future!

For those looking at Ian Francis prints as a guide line price-wise, please don't bother - Neate's prints are selling for low figures yet his show pieces cost 50k upwards and sell out. I am not comparing the 2 artists I am just saying that to prevent people getting in touch offering stupid amounts for an original.

Float mounted by the gallery, UK buyer preferred as it will be sent framed.
