Yeah, as it is I don't think it would be anything one would want to frame....quite a few bends and creases.
The only option I thought of is making it worse and crumpling it up like a wad of paper and then flattening it out and framing similar to the one above sandwiched between 2 pieces of glass. Maybe if the whole thing was crumpled up it might actually look cool...or it will look utterly ridiculous and I should stop coming up with ludicrous ideas ;D

You could send it to I Am Cxxx the Artist and ask him to incorporate it into one of his excellent collages.
