FS Original banksy Street Flyer 2002 NOW SOLD, by deckstar on Jul 23, 2008 14:03:45 GMT 1, Hi, Selling one of my Original Street Flyer for a show back in 2002, i picked it up from Slam City Skates back in May 2002. This is in mint condition i've had it in a frame since the end of 2002, when banksy started getting famous!
Open to any Offers, I am positive there won't be many of these around any more!!

what do expect a flipping POW providence?? i picked it up from a flipping shop where there was a pile of about 200!

Not as fast moving as prints, more specialist, but it is a very nice little niche market that a lot of people are into.
Same applies for art flyers. Afiches as thet are called where I live often change hands for as much as a minor piece of work by the artist. The quirk value is that whilst people obviously guard and frame the prints and canvases they chuck away the flyers. So in a few years time they are very very scarce, sometimes unique, and sort after.

And, it is usually the case that artists, musicians and painters, are more than happy to put their scrawl to the flyers. I'm gonna stop here, I am comin across like a train spotter.......
