Nobody is going to go out and nick a Banksy off the street to sell to me because there isn't any left to remove. Sad but true.
There is however a lot of great Banksy art out there with collectors already which pest control won't prov but is real. I fancy some and can live with the morals of where it came from. I may take some flak for my opinion but so be it.
