I remember last Feb, the prices on the S&S prints dropped nicely because everyone was spent from the holidays and their cc bills were rolling in. Personally I'd wait a few months.

Quite agree, I also think that come about 6 weeks or so after Christmas, when the bills start rolling in will be a fantastic buy to start to buy art (or anything) as this will be seen as the most fiscally tight period for many, so I'd wait until then personally.

plausible only if you're paying cash. Trade wise no different because under your scenario everything will be cheaper across the board. In fact, the banksy will hold up better than the others from a relative standpoint...
