I personally don't think so. Banksy's work works on so many different levels, the humour, the political/social commentary etc etc. Although he didn't start the stencil style in which he is so well known he is responsible for bringing it to the masses and through a series of well thought out/well constructed pieces he is known by everyone in today's society. I don't D Face could replicate anything like this. His anti-corporate stance along with his williness and desire to work in places such as Bethlehem gives his work social credibility and respect.

Personally I don't think D will ever be bigger than Banksy - he's the Daddy. The only way I can see it happening is if Banksy disappears/stops for some reason and D keeps going. I'm yet to be convinced that D has enough different work within him tho' - hopefully the Oct show will change that impression for me.
