I am sure some of the pieces they have will be commissions. As long a D continues to release to his fan base I don't see a problem.

d*face has always sold out and has never hidden the fact, if you dont want to sell out then go sit in the desert living off rain water. As far as i can see we sell out every day of our lives to something and d* has never been any different.
From day 1 he was combining with companies such as eastpak to make bags, kangol for hats and now there is rumours of trainers. He also comes from a background like me where we work on big brands which you buy. He has never made any secret of that and if you bought his stuff thinking it had an overly serious statement to it then you have sorely sorely got the wrong end of a very short stick.

personally think he will go from strength to strength and wish him all the best for the future... and the bit with the chapman brothers the hacker posted was only partial amounts of the actual inteview by the independant...s

hope all is well... decorating at the moment so soon as i am finished will PM you... i can understand what you are saying and others but just think they could have said it in better way rather than personal attack on d*... if the email is true then he offered one piece and one piece only from the show and didnt over charge just because they are well known... he also showed work to few of his fans well before he showed to them...
as you said waiting in queue and seeing people come in early hurts but always happens... think that is something that always will happen also... the 15 yrs piece is different to the ones that others have got also...
personally i can understand some of the things that have been said but from d* side understand why he did this if the email is true... he is trying to progress and im sure this has helped him do that... im sure he is sorry for not emailing everyone but if he didnt do offer to the supposed person then i am sure would be something that he would regret in the future...

In the past I emailed D face 3 times and got two responces I have to say he was really helpfull, and in my emails I made it quite clear I was broke trying to pay off student debts, but he still helped me out..He helped me get the embroided bank notes i was after, managed to get two of them for me and my brother. mine is framed on my wall and shall not be comming down ...x
