Always liked his work - and its as influential as anything you will see out there IMO The fact that he released a fair few colourways seemed to get him some stick, lazyness apparently - i feel its more to do with offering a variety and supplying the demand that was around at the time I think alot of people jumped on the band-wagon when the slating brigade hit on Eelus without knowing too much about his work and what he was doing with his time - there was a few street pieces of his that looked really cool not so long back - which is what this scene is all about - yet because no prints were released hes once again overlooked! Anyway little rant over - IMO E is the dogs danglys - a top top fella and will no doubt create a stir for us all to talk about very very soon...watch this space! and meanwhile get some of the early prints in quick, the prices have already virtually doubled from what they were about 5 months ago! and that Shat-at youve got under the bed - sell it me!!! They are great - dark, funny, stark and well executed. I know there's loads more in the tank. I sent him an email about them and he got straight back to me. He must have been busy at the time because his stuff was flying off the shelves, but still took the time to have a chat - very nice man.

I put a few large posters of it up around shoreditch last Tuesday ready for Halloween, they only lasted 2 days though 
The prints are all done, look fantastic, smell amazing and are ready to rock. All I'm waiting for now is the site to be completed. As soon as it is I'll let you know.

(On the theme of unsettling images one of my all time favourites is the Hewlett 'The Hick'. Would have loved it on my wall but there was no way my girlfriend was gonna let me buy it and hang it on our wall as it frightened her too much!)

I'm a big fan of 'unsettling', always have been. I loved Giger when I was a kid, doesn't get much more unsettling than that, now I'm inspired big time by classics like Blake and Fuselli, masters of the sinister. There will be a lot more 'unsettling' works to come, especially outside.
