No, but I would have liked to. My point is that the Faile guys keep close tabs on the secondary market and I'm sure that whatever they put out will be at a fair price.

5) Then someone accuses the majority of people who bought one of being "flippers", and that the true art collectors are the people who missed out on getting one.
6) then we all question the integrity of an artists or printing firm, and ask how could the artist allow this limited edition print run to be sold to anyone but me.
Selfish art collectors we just can't have everything. But we've gotta try.
Keep it coming faile stuff is great.

Marmaid was 750 and sold for ยฃ65. Whereas Mori was 175 and sold for ยฃ400.
Are we to assume it's a run of less than 175? If not, why so expensive? Can less than 175 be considered a 'large run'?

Was never really taken with Mori as an image, altho love Macbeth. Horses for courses.
Mori you can still pick up for cost and Macbeth is good value for money too.

Mike, I'm not sure they would be reassuring fans of a good chance to get this print if it were an edition of 50. Mori was a large edition at quite a high price. To me, larger implies, larger even than that. We'll see, but at a monkey each I'll not be buying before I've had a preview. I was not too upset to miss Mori personally, especially at the price!

If you're a fan how can you hate flippers? The same folks who sold you a momento mori at below cost!? ;D They're good folk definitely! ;D Yeah, I got to agree the price on these is really high. Doesn't bode well for the next release of hand painted prints. Think I'll just enjoy what I have and move on to other artists at this point...
