I got on the list a little while ago and am currently waiting for my piece. I was able to tell them I liked the Hirst pieces and the one they are making me contains both the diamond skull and a spin etching. 1400 GBP for the original.
You probably have emailed them, I just wanted to make sure before you ended up paying more than what their commission rates are.
