I don't think it will be the same again this year, after people have seen the £££ you could make by selling a gold flag. Hope it is something special again though, how about a nice little shack in Tibet?

Why? It'd be utter bedlam. Although I didn't go I thought last year's idea was great.

POW Open Day • 2008, by snowflake8888 on Aug 13, 2008 21:07:34 GMT 1, Georgia, Tibet, Kashmir, Kabul, Fallujah, I'm there just for the thrill (with my helmet and flak jacket on). I just hope it's not 3/4 way up K2.
But if they do it 20m underwater in the Great Barrier Reef with Great Whites swimming around, I'd think twice. I'm scared of sharks.

If anything is done it will remain true to the ideals that have always underpinned the Ghetto. Leftfield, thought provoking and about the art, and generating money for POW (and not the secondary market). It won't be a golden ticket for get rich quick individuals. I cannot see how there can be any pleasure for POW in putting on the old style Ghetto in central London. Will be too mobbed, with too many people there for the wrong reasons. Which I imagine was one reason as to why it was moved this year. The online sales of prints have proved that this can be managed more effectively at Xmas, than in a temporary gallery space, so business wise this can be done again. As for the idea of a Ghetto I hope that we do see something as brilliant different. the bar has been set high and I'd love to know what it can be topped by
