Yeah - that would make sense.
If they are limiting the amount of tickets to 20 per person I can see there being some mega-ridiculous queues a la cans because they will have to enter each buyers name/email/phone number into some sort of database to prevent people just turning up a few hours later to buy another 20.

And of course they will know how many to sell, they print them. Aye but if there is 100 lottery winners with first dibs on one of 3 different prints they won't be able to predict how many of each will be left for general sale. Unless of course there are 100 winners for each print???

Yeah but if there is a separate lottery for each print (1 banksy, 2 mic) then it would still be first 4 out the hat get one free, next 100 get first dibs.

What's the closest airport to POW?
What's the best way (cost efficient, distance) to get to the event? Taxi? Underground?

Or Gatwick Airport which probably has more flights coming into it. Use a 'Southern' train service to London Victoria and get London Underground Victoria line (light blue) train to Kings Cross, change to Northern Line (Black) for Old Street Tube Station.
Off peak one day travel card £6-£7!? Need to include zones 1-6 so you can get from airport to London and get around. Use public transport, underground is alright and fairly quick to get from A to B. Buses are ok if you know the route you need. Taxi's can be useful but as with everywhere cost alot for the privelage to be dropped on the doorstep of your destination.
