I wish they had just asked who was after what and allocated tickets or something for the queue as it took the p big time. Chatted to a few ppl, maybe someone off the board, didn't ask!
Won't comment on the 3x mark up on the bay. Getting more than cost due to the stupid queue is reasonable, but a one hour flip and £300 profit!

VERY BAD FORM PART WAS THE 25 PUT ASIDE, DFACE/STOLEN SPACE (should be called stolen time from now on) HANG YOUR HEAD IN SHAME!
If they had made it clear from the start only 50 were available, I would not have spent 2 hours wondering if I was between 60-75 in line.
That said, I will go back and enjoy the work on the walls etc when its quiet, coudln't get in there to see it at all tonight.

I would guess that friends and things account for the other 25

quite early on, but had to wait ages for my mate who was also getting one for himself who had print number 50 odd, that took 90 minutes to get him through, fucking cold and waiting around + hungy = bad mood. the print makes me feel better though!

Really disapointing. They processed orders at a rate that was almost comedy. 150 minutes. 50 prints sold. That's one transaction every 3 minutes. It was a waste of an evening, sadly. On the plus side - chattted to some great people from the forums in the queue. Congratulations to everyone who got a print - you did well!
Have to second this - seeing as I queued for 2 hours with Hardcanvas with both of us becoming more incredulous the longer we queued and didnt move at all, Just couldnt get near the gallery, seemed to be a free for all near the front of people just rucking up and walking in.
Although, was extremely nice to meet you and chatting to you fella - pity neither of us could bag a print.
I popped back after a couple of more beers next door, when it was quieter - the Connor Harringtons were really nice - as was a small work in the corner on the same wall as the D-Face bullet ridden pieces - no idea who it was by, but it was incredibly elaborate - the more I looked at it - the more detail I noticed.

My mate got threatened because he dobbed a guy in who was giving his kids money to get prints as well. The stolenspace staff asked him which bit in the room the print was of and he could not answer, so they took them all off him and asked him to leave. On the way out the guy said he would be waiting outside for him and he was, we had to hide for 45 minutes. Brilliant! All in a days collecting d*face now days. The mysterious al 'incredible sulk' was really cool as well. Well done to everyone that got a print! We're all very lucky...

Could not help it, it fits perfectly into one of my existing frames...
Please excuse the housemate in the reflection, some of you will find its impossible to photograph this piece without getting dodgy reflections and light movements. its so gaddamn shiny and delicate. there was one or two minor dinks in it from rolling but i can't see how this can be helped...
