Good eye! It was actually. I wish I rebuilt this on my own but I'm not technically inclined if you know what I mean. It's been a great scooter since I got it and the engine runs as smooth as I'd hoped. Only thing that was suspect on it were the brake cables which were replaced immediately by a local shop. I would have liked a domestically restored scooter but they are very hard to come by and cost a pretty penny.
