If it hadn't been for this forum, I wouldn't have heard about this event (or joined the mailing lists that have also mentioned it)... so I think of it as a sign of gratitude. And priority would go to someone who has spent an entire night walking/cycling/driving around on the lookout. Surely they deserve it as much as anyone else who had been looking.
Of course, I don't actually expect to get two. I'd be lucky to get one. The more I think about it, the more terrified I am of even going out there to look but I'll forever wonder about it if I don't.
(If someone stumbles across me lying in the road having fallen off my bike, asleep, please poke me with a stick and feed me coffee.)

Mhm, straight from work for me. They wouldn't let me take the day off so I've got a 6:30am start, working til 5:30pm then heading straight into town from there.
Where to start is the big question. Where to go, where to end up, what time to start, when to stop... I'm going to be a wreck before midnight.

I live in the US, on the west coast. i am trying to convince a friend in london to look for me, but he has been really busy with school and work. So, if anyone does have the fortune of finding more than one and is willing to share the wealth, it would be much appreciated and i could promise that i would not sell it and it would be framed within a couple months. goodluck to everyone who is going to go on the search. have fun.

1000 pieces is not much in the whole of london or even central london so i doubt there will be loads in 1 area to pick up 2. 1092 people can fit onto 1 tube train. thats one tube train for the whole of london

We will have a laptop with us so will post here if we find anything and give the location so some can maybe try and guess a route, will anybody be posting while they are out?
I have a slight sinking feeling that I may just be spending most of my Friday night with craig and a bag of chips but its got to be worth a try.
