Yer...made me laugh when they said it was done on enviroment friendly recycled card board. Dont think the 1000's of gallons of petrol used going around London by the forum members was taken into concideration when giving these "green" prints out......

This time, all the flippers living within reach of London were out looking for an easy buck! I'm not suggesting no one went out looking to pick up a Neate piece to keep of course, but a fair few will be popping up on ebay for sure. I agree, it's a bit bonkers. No way would I spend 600+ quid on any 1000 run!!! But it's grabbed a lot of attention so, call it hype, makes no difference, as it's still worth what people are willing to pay for it. Guess it will drop in value once the excitement has died down. Micallef's GIWTBB was ยฃ300 on release, 1000 run, value hasn't really increased. Although I understand you can't really compare, different artists, different situations. Neate might be flavour of the month right now, but I think this, dare I say it, 'media stunt', should increase the number of fans and collectors alike, which I hope it does. Top bloke.
