Adam Neate, To cut or not to cut?..., by funster on May 12, 2008 16:17:11 GMT 1, A few weeks back I got a nice picture from Adam Neate in my book, but the problem is I can't see it, so should I cut it out and frame it? Just to point out, value now or later doesn't play a part as I'll always keep it

Or, maybe speak to a professional book binder and see if it's possible to remove the page so that it can be put back if you ever changed your mind or decide to sell. It maybe a faff on but if it was mine I'd certainly look at the cost and practibility side of it.

I agree. Robotoil that looks mint - in fact emailed Mr Frameman about getting mine done today and sent him your pic as an example of the kind of thing I was after - hope you don't mind!

Its disappointing to say the least, that people are selling these; especially ones that have more than just the Neate symbol, but the extra effort of a drawing. I would doubt Adam would have went through the effort if he knew people were going to be flogging them right away. Post pics when you've got it framed and on the wall!

Jam - yeah definately I saw a couple of people with 5 books in their hands (fair enough they couldbe for other people) but flipping them is just out of order. Mr Neate was very kind with his time because people are fans of his work - not to make them a little cash - it's not right

There was a guy in front of me who had five. He made sure he got his doodles on them all as well.
