Given the eroding market, I would say the price is close to 1,450 GBP +/- 150.

Prices are in serious flux and still strongly trending down - so you can use this to your advantage in negotiating on the buyer side.
Frankly, if I'm a buyer, I'm being patient and low balling offers, knowing that many distress sales are still occurring at all market levels and that the February urban art auctions may have serious deals.
If I'm a seller, I'm asking myself - how long am I willing to hold pieces? Given the promise of more falling prices over the next few months, what pieces do I want to sell now while their prices are still decent so that later I might trade up as certain wish list pieces become more affordable later.
