Hey mate - yeah, we saw that earlier this evening - watched it with my boys - was smashing as we kept having to pause it, so they could tell me that they talked to that artist, helped this artist etc. And they are only 9 and 11 !
So many of the artists were really cool with the kids - no pretentious bolloxs.
Great day logical1 - owe you a pint mate!!

'Superb!' as the very posh lady who was walking around the site on Sunday kept saying.

My glamorous assistant and myself had an amazing time meeting lots of forum members in the flesh (so to speak!), logical1 of course (great guy, always seemed relaxed), deckstar (a one man building machine), the Art Tart (gorgeous, demure and as shy as ever  ), ruso (great working by you mate, loved your piece), gvd (we managed to have a quick chat, I think you even met Katy later in the afternoon), coach and his two boys (good to put a face to a name and meet at last, brilliant chatting to the boys), scavos (a pleasure to catch up and hopefully next time it can be with a couple of pints). I'll not no on, but surfice to say I now have a new 'best day of the year' ;D. If we met and I haven't bigged you up, sorry, but at times I was a bit preoccupied with creative thoughts  .
I didn't take many photos during the day, but once finished I whizzed round in the dark and snapped away. Below is a selection of work I thought was amazing, some have been posted before but I think some of them are new...
As for my contribution to the festival, the only pics I have are quite poor  . The theme as you could probably tell was the circus...
First couple of small ones
Then onto 'The Ringmaster' (taken late at night so some detail slightly lost!)
I had to get 'Biggles' up somewhere too... looks like he bit off more than he can chew this time tho!

Just woke up back in Los Angeles and I gotta say that was the best weekend I have had in a very long time. Steve, you should be proud of yourself for getting all of this done and organizing all that talent in one event. I gotta say mad props tp Stickee, Goin, Ikkeno, and Eyesaw for getting out on the streets with me, it was a blast. Also much props to all the cool ass people that I met and that bombed in my book. Spqr, Avian Security, Run Pig Run, Snub,Eyesaw,Ikkeno, Acer (bangin CD) and who ever I missed. If this becomes an anuual event, put me down. Thanks also to all the staff and friends I made while in Brizzle. Except for the cold and wet I love your town.

sorry to the middle-class people who were sat near where i was working, cous cous and spray paint don't mix!
(They accused me of laser cutting my stencils so i'm not that sorry.)

I had a great time meeting you all, painting and hanging out, and big up to Stephen and all the people behind the scenes for organizing this, and to Goin, Stikee, K74 and Eyesaw for the great time we had puting up stuf on the street!
And it was realy nice to get to meet people from the forum, definatly a memorable event!
I never got around to getting any pics taken so If anyone got any pics of the stuff I put up at the event or on the street that would be ok for me to put up on my flickr I would greatly apreciate it if you could send it to: ikkenostencilcrap@gmail.com

Must have taken a 100+ shots, some of which uploading to flickr now.
In the meantime anyone want to claim this piece of ironic comment? Never before seen a canvas blowing about like a flag. I think it survived.
