YES indeed, the rumours are true - June the 5th will see Acerone will be painting a collaborative piece with Bristol’s finest artist and illustrator Andy Council. Expect starbursts, light trails, Bristolian visual references and, of course - dinosaurs!
During the 3rd UPfest at the Tobacco Factory in Southville, Bristol; Andy and Acer will be painting live as part of the 200 strong group of artists, with 50 of those artists having come from all over the world to be a part of the event.

The weeping angel in the first one is by Irony, great image. The second one is by T.wat, then there's Irony, Matti, Oliver Winconek, T.wat, SPQR and Blam working I think! Not sure on some of the others 
If anyone can find a photo of it, there was a JAW DROPPING, ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE Joda in a tunnel done on the pub down the road from the Tobacco factory. I saw an iphone pic but unfortunately never saw it in the flesh... can't wait for someone to post it.
Great to catch up with loads of people, was quality chilling with coach after I finally finished wrestling with my stencil. You can see the yellow layer in jaslfc5's first pic!

We had a lovely day on Saturday and it was nice to catch up with various people. It was just a shame the boards we were working on were split up today when they were put into the area where all the doors were.
A bit of an experimental approach to this one but i'd like to think it worked out quite nicely. We certainly managed to pull quite an imperious looking siamese cat out of the bag. If only the fake CCTV camera kept moving i would have been happy. That'll teach me to buy cheap stuff on the internet. Anyway, below is our effort 'No colour above plimsoll line'...

Got to say thanks to all the upfest crew for putting on another cracker of an event, they smashed it from start to finish.

Had a great time chillin with agentprovocateur. Top fella as always.
Great to meet a few new people - schlomo, optiknerve, pahnl etc.
Here are a few pics of my fave pieces, now minus the piece by banksee above, but that was one of them.
Anyone know who that one above is by?
My lad added to his art collection in quite a considerable way. Loadsa stickers, and freebies blagged by him (cheeky sod).
He also had a pad and marker with him, so managed to snag tags and sketches by some artists who were very generous with their time. He is chuffed to bits with it, and has already done the title page for upfest '11 !! Thanks.
