Considering there's quite a few 'KAWS Wanted' posts.. I thought a few people might be interested....
I'm thinning out my collection of prints (keeping the originals!), and thought I'd post them here before floating them on eBay. These are basically all the KAWS prints I have in my archives (ie. never been framed.). They've been stored in an acid free archival folder.
My plan is to put them on eBay in the next 24/48 hours, and let the market decide on the pricing. As such, I haven't listed prices here.. just make a reasonable offer and I'll let you know.
All pieces will be shipped flat (excluding the Tokyo First poster) from Australia.. fully insured for purchase price.
I also have some Banksy's (unsigned Morons, Gold Flags signed, Colour Trolleys signed), and some KAWS vinyl that I'll put up in the next couple of days.
KAWS Warm Regards Print (S/N)
This print is slightly creased. It was sent to me rolled tightly, and the creases came when the print was unrolled (my fault!). It's not noticable when framed (see back for the only real evidence of the creases)
KAWS Tokyo First poster (2001) - Featuring the KIMPSONS - unsigned
KAWS Color-by-numbers poster (this is the back of the Summar '07 catalog)
KAWS Skeleton cardboard mobiles
(incl. envelope to put them in)
Original 'CHUM' stencil from KAWS. Unsigned.
KAWS handsprayed these onto envelopes back in 1999. The envelopes (US Letter size) contained his catalog of clothes.

I guess you've been living under a rock. Most dissected prints sell for up to $2500 at the moment (privately)... it's very rare to see them on eBay. Pricing has also skyrocketed since his recent shows, and we'll also see another jump since the CBS interview last week.
Even the Elms Lesters prints are selling for ridiculous prices (Chum vs Astroboy went for $9100 last week... it was having trouble selling for $1000 just under 1 year ago!)
The last Warm Regards went for $2425.

yup. the seller is legit but people were messing with his auctions... not sure why anyone would want to do that as it was definitely strange.
his auctions are back up on ebay as i believe he has it set where people with 0 feedback cannot bid.
as far as the dissected prints, i would think anywhere in the USD 1.2-1.7K would be reasonable.
i dont really care for his "toy" prints but thats me..
