I got my grey Nola a couple a days ago and the same thing for me, small damages on the bottom left, even as the tube was in prestine condition. But the damage was not more then I could live with it and to be frank, a slight pressure with my thumb and the damage was/are hardly visible. I gonna keep mine, donยดt wanna take the risk to send it back. And with a passepartout no one will ever be able to notice ;-)

Was it rolled lengthways again? If they had rolled widthways with a nice margin on the kraft paper on each end, a lot of these problems would have been avoided.

Almost the same happened to me, not worst but almost the same damage as the first one.
They've put the print between to sheets of paper but as melmoth says lengthways AGAIN!
Thinking on leave it as it is.

As I indicated earlier, mine had a couple of minor creases and bumps on the bottom edge, but nothing that can't be hidden by the mat during framing, with only a modest reduction in the border shown. If I ever reach the point that I have to sell it, I'll get the bottom edge repaired.

This is why i've decided to keep mine. The damage isn't bad as the print is 9/10, but i'm just worried i'll get a print in worse shape. This is pretty pathetic they can't learn how to ship a print.

Banksy โข Nola Print, by snausages on Dec 17, 2008 8:36:53 GMT 1, POW rolls their prints lengthwise to go with the grain of the paper. If you roll it against the grain of the paper it's much easier to get rolling creases. Google paper grain if you don't know what I'm talking about.
