i wouldnt go as far as saying that - although there have been some real bargains out there, with some recent print releases (d*face springs to mind... etc etc) I think thought that this is a really rather special print and will subsequently be treated as such by the secondary market. If it's as good in the flesh as it should be (or will be - BRP printing quality.... it will be of the highest quality we can all be assured of that!!), i think that we shall only hear good things about it. I personally look forward to grabbing one!!.... hopefully........

Despite what BRP have said it's a release that sounds quite straight forward to get hold of. Judging by previous releases I'm guessing some sort of queue will be starting very early for this.

'At 6 p.m. sharp on the opening night, Black Rat will be releasing “Empire State,” a new print by the Bristol-born artist Nick Walker.
The 3-feet-high colored screenprint, showing the New York skyscraper splattered with graffiti paint, will be issued in an edition of 175, priced at 475 pounds each'
was posted on wk and think its from the bloomberg news or something like that

im afraid polish prices have gone up recently due to the credit crunch !

Anyone remember the Miss Bugs/PE release? "If anyone buys before the onsale time they will be refunded". I did the decent thing and ignored the sneaky presale link and waited til the right time to find them all sold! LMAO.

The uptown R,W train 23rd street subway stop is just out of the frame. Sorry if someone else pointed this out but that is the flatiron building on the left, Edward Steichen photographed this building from the park looking downtown. www.thecityreview.com/steichen15.jpg The park you see is Madison Square Park, which is a lovely spot in the spring/summer for a picnic. Also in the park is Shake Shack, a pretty well known burger joint, not always worth the hour plus wait for your order.

 Man Alive it'll make your eye's bleed!! It's huge and it's had the full BRP treatment, the works. You have to take your hat off to them, they're out of the top drawer when it comes to print quality et al.
