If you have the cash people will always work with you.

...or the VAT. Elms watercolours were 11.5k excluding the VAT but including the ยฃ900 JJ frame, so swings and roundabouts really. Pretty much the same price.

How very civilized of them! I don't know what would be more painful or enjoyable, a visit to Wizbongs house or buying from Elms. Sore bottoms are the new craze then.
