I totally agree the ebay ad's are unpleasant and unneeded from a forumite perspective. I have no idea whether they may make a difference financially to Silky and the running of this place though. If it's the case that he would suffer, I don't find it unbearable in anyway, although it's extremely distasteful that fakes and items with forged sig's should be promoted in a place that is supposed to support the artist and buyers being defrauded in this instance.
Personally I never pay attention to ANY ebay ads unless I'm specifically in Ebay looking, so as I say, I could live with the ads per say, except for knowing that members could be defrauded for clicking on them.

As Buffin rightly states, anyone could be mislead in to believing they are real, when they are not, plus I dont believe they need promoting on this site

As you can see I do try to weed out as much of the crap as I can, but then also leave a few bits from time to time that I think will interest people. Not that I expect anyone to bid on them, its just you get some very strange pieces turn up such as that Taxi.
