Too many 'street' artists selling stuff without actually having the balls or the skill to produce anything on the street! Fair play Nick, keep up the good work fella!! Comments like those highlighted above are why I get confused with why there is any difference between a legal wall 'on the street' or someone who doesn't do street? I suppose if I had bought into an artists I would prefer the fairy tale rather than the reality.
I am pretty certain there are a few well known artists that still paste/paint illegally.

I see the hand holding the can differently....it's more like the hand is tempting/giving you a spraycan so you can tag up the wall?.......either way it's a crackin' piece....next time you're done lunching at the Ivy, walk a block south and make a left to see for yourselves....before Tox'09 or the Splasher ruins it.....

I thought that was a real planter before taking a closer look. I dont mean to disrespect you but i cut stencils and get out on the street and this is some of the cleanest cutting and spraying out there.. Mr. Walker is one of the only guys out there that is maticulous with his work. I have never seen a bad cut or spray coming out of Walker. I think its real easy to talk s**t if you dont cut stencils or use a spraycan, but believe me Nick makes s**t look real easy and its most definitely not easy. Keep up the good work Walker, thanks for blessing us in L.A. with your street work.
Fair play, imo its just a stencil for stencils sake.....what is it supposed to mean ? If I wanted a pretty Id go check logan hicks or another photorealitic stencilist. Sorry if you think im talking shit, but believe it or not I have used a spray can before and Ive spent my fare share of hours cutting stencils so I can appreciate the time it takes... but its the end result that im looking at and im not impressed

Adam Neate recently found himself staring down the business end of a Brazilian police officers gun as a result of a bit of illegal painting, (or un-permission based creativity as he likes to call it)

Didn't Shepard Fairey just get arrested in boston? and 15 other times before that? how about Ron English and his Bilboard Liberation Squad...last I checked they didn't have permission to deface big brand ads....What you have to realize is that 90% of businesses that get blessed with some street art have zero clue who the perpetrator is...unless one of their nephews decides to chime in....'uncle, that's C215'
