I echo what's been said earlier, - the theme and the colors don't move me in the least - there are plently of older Faile works I love - I'm sure they'll sell out but, I was really hoping for an entirely new direction from them - I guess there is always that to look forward to...I hope.

There were some recent sales on the secondary market (ebay) of the similar prints - Seduction Masked and Couldn't Fight the Temptation, which are of the similar edition 16-18, same size, lots of colors.
They went for around the same price (UK) £1850-£1990.
No one was saying: whoa that went high, that was overpriced.
These are new, never been released images (compare to those mentioned above).
What I am trying to say... main thing no one is twisting your arm to buy. It is what it is.
Too pricey? Not enough money? Don't see an instant profit?
Then move along.

Some people quickly forget how Faile gave them free prints in the good spirit. (Most of those were immediately sold for £200-£500 profit). I bet you'd liked them then.

However, I'm not sure why they are putting so much product out there right now. They certainly don't need the money and there's been plenty of stuff on the secondary market.

They really lowered there prices since last time and same size, full color, small run strong nyc prints have been going for £2k and more recently. The one color prints and small prints have been going for less. Originals used to be 12k not 8. I wouldn't mind seeing them cheaper myself but think it's fair(er).

For 2300 GBP you can buy a Damien Hirst Bronze spots print at Other Criteria! The price was just raised from 1,600 GBP (good on those who jumped on that ridiculous deal), but is still a great price for an iconic work by Hirst. I agree with you guys that these prints seem expensive. It was only a couple of years ago they were selling editions of 10 for 200 GBP. Given the current economic climate I'm also surprised they priced these the way they did. Would've made a great positive statement to go the other way with the pricing...

Amen motor. Too many on here think it a release doesn't sell out instantly it's an abject failure and Faile is done - complete rubbish!!! Prices have been scaled back as snausages pointed out correctly. I think they priced it well and people buying will legitimately want them for their wall - a novel concept

Don't have a problem with the pricing though, just glad to have what little faile I do as clearly, their ship has now sailed. Won't stop me liking their work and enjoying their shows though.

The new website is fantastic.
To be honest my first reaction on the prints was none of them were for me but "Reach For The Truth" has really grown on me. Its going to be one of those classic Faile images in the future IMO.

And I'm very positive this size OG print was $12000 last fall. That's a $4000 drop for us Americans but I guess it's still about the same price to you british because the pound has devalued so much.
