As nice as the PoW version is I'd love to pick up a W'less version. My sense to money ratio is definitely weighted towards sense and am a patient man. Eine is a sound artist but don't see him making massive waves even with his new show so not in a rush to pay 'silly money'

You'll struggle for that money dude. Its a grail print for many members and shows in the price.

And how about the numbers out of interest?

...a p/p of the black numbers sold last week for £511, although I've seen them go for nearer £650. The pull-out prints a chunk less, £350-400'ish.

Interestingly some framed white numbers were listed for £850 BIN/Best Offer only yesterday, not sure if they achieved that

It didn't sell for 511, reserve not met (which was 700)

Very nice print and am sure some will happily pay more than others.

I stand by what I said, yes the white will have a higher premium than the black but to suggest this is a min 1.5k print - I might as well stump up the rest and get myself a canvas

I like some of Eine's work, the majority not. His older stuff is far more appealing than some of his recent work which is why I think he has plateau'd and regardless of his new show don't see him doing anything ground breaking

Nelly duff have had the black Shutterfont numbers AP available on their site for about a month at least and still available which show these can very easily be over priced.

Keep an eye out for auctions. He's pretty prolific - so secondary prices can be a shade weak.

In general they're 76x76cm.

He had also done 90x90 versions but I think the border around the letters gives to much negative space and prefer the smaller canvases personally.

There's a also a double size canvas being sold on here, looks great.

I've owned both 76x76 Art Deco font and 90x90 shutter font in the past, sold now tho I'm afraid.

I would personally say a 90x90 canvas is worth less than a 76x76, from what I've seen the construct of the canvas isn't as good and as I say the border detracts from the image IMO.

Ps I don't think he was upset.
