Every summer a kid from school would take home the school mouse to look after for the holidays. Invariably it died (often cuddled to death by keen and eager hands) and in they'd come all forlorn to replace the furry critter.

In my time alone it went through 3 incarnations and talking to the teacher the mouse had lived for 15 years (average life span of whiskers is about 2) and had gone through several colour changes from white to black to brown to tri-colour, back to white and even she had lost track to whiskers original identity. It seemed the kids werent to fussed what its colour was nor if it was the same mouse. As long as it was a mouse.

Banksy is the mouse...or maybe a rat?

Who is he? Is he one? He is now a brand name instantly recognisable as the show in Bristol will attest to. Is the work the labours of one man or a band of brothers, or sisters, a la Shakespeare (the signatures of shakespeare are wide ranging in style and spelling suggesting multiple people were signing off on his business). He may be dead already and the signature you so covert means nothing. Propped up by the business interest the work of 'Banksy' continues to be produced, signed and sold. Avidly collected and desired. Yet is worthless.

Please take this opportunity and sell me yours for cost. Particularly interested in older prints.
