I use Siemens.. turn off the steam control, empty of water.. plug it in, and give it a good old iron :-)

Print Restorers?, by hungrig on May 22, 2007 18:46:45 GMT 1, BunnyBoiler,
If your print is of any significant financial or sentimental value, then I would strongly advise getting the fold mark dealt with professionally. Different types of paper can react in very different ways to the same treatment.
Speak to your local framer for their recommendations. You can also obtain additional information on the internet (for example, by Googling "paper restoration").
Using an iron may have worked once for nuart. In my humble opinion, however, that is simply asking for trouble.
Good luck.

Print Restorers?, by BunnyBoiler on Jul 14, 2007 17:38:17 GMT 1, let me know if you find a good restorer as i have found a signed Have a Nice Day that has a tear in the picture and has become nicotine stained due to sitting on some ones mantlepiece without a frame. The hole was courtesy of the Royal mail but i thought if i can save it, it could be worth me buying it at a cheap price as i love the image ....
I just got my print back from the restorers. He did an amazing job. G Bignell Tel: 02077293161 based in old st. london
