Acid free ?, by lee100 on Jan 15, 2008 22:34:15 GMT 1, Sent my Dad to Cass Art in Kensington the other day for acid free sleeves and board to put prints in for me whilst i decide how to frame them.
He said he asked for acid free but the woman seemed abit clueless. Paid about £3 a piece for the the card and the sleeve. £18 for 3 sleeves and card.
The sleeve had black paper/card in them if that helps to identify. For this money can i assume they are acid free ?
How long would it take for acid to affect the print if they arent? They wont be stored for long.
Many Thanks
