Framers And Prices, Advice?, by will on Mar 29, 2008 18:59:25 GMT 1, Hi,
I bought in my Dolk Prisoner today to get it framed. It is going to be framed in a simple black frame and put in behind a plain white border The print size is 70x 50 cm. I was quoted 90euro 70pounds. Is this expensive? Ithink it is but i've never set foot in a framers before.
Thanks in advance, Will.

Framers And Prices, Advice?, by funyoung on Mar 29, 2008 19:30:41 GMT 1, Sounds very reasonable. Is it a custom sized frame or standard? If keeping costs down is an issue then my formula is: buy an 'off the shelf' frame from a print shop or online framers of the size you like, then take the frame and print to a framers - they will cut any mount and out it all together for you - last one i had done cost me £12 for a 60x80 frame. Not sure you will come in much under £70 even that way.
