Work on cardboard, by jamieshaw on May 13, 2009 9:31:42 GMT 1, Hi all,
apologies if this has been covered elsewhere-i've had a look through and not found anything...
I've got a few pieces finished on cardboard and a few more on the way and ideally I would like to have them framed for upcoming shows. Does anyone have any advice on framing/displaying work on cardboard? Perhaps you could point me in the direction of someone who's got it spot on...?
Here's one that I would like framed... its 142cm x 64cm

Work on cardboard, by wiz on May 13, 2009 9:37:08 GMT 1, Hello Jamie, i like that work. The only works i have on card are in deep box frames and mounted so you can see the whole work, works for me like that, i have two others on card but those are mounted onto plywood panels so i left them as is with no frames.

Work on cardboard, by jamieshaw on May 13, 2009 10:32:38 GMT 1, I was thinking down the lines of deep box frames, with a fairly wide mount so you can get a decent view of the thickness of the material...
