ADVICE WANTED FOR STORING PRINTS, by burger on Jun 3, 2009 14:17:03 GMT 1, Hi Everyone,
Firstly, i know a lot of these questions have been answered in past posts but i would be grateful if someone could help.
I have read all these posts regarding print storage but am still a little confuzzed.
I have a number of prints which are in tubes & would fit in a A1 size portfolio but then i have a NW Empire state which i'm guessing needs a A0. There is a huge difference in price between A1 & A0 - Can anyone tell me what system/portfolio they would use in this instance, other than getting them framed.
If i'm storing prints in an A1 folio whats the most cost effective way of doing this? - previous posts recommend using acid free sleeves, mountboard & foamboard & mylar corners - is this still the case & where are the best places to buy these items?
Thanks to anyone who comments.
