It would depend on the usual considerations: COA and provenance, dimensions, the colour, condition etc etc.

But having said that i'm not a big fan of 'kate' full stop.

Although that price came at the peak of the mania, this is an iconic image on canvas and Banksy has only solidified his staying power in the time in between. It's the less desirable pieces that will and have taken the biggest beatings.
I think some galleries are asking more than that for just one print on paper. (Even if the paper looks better???) But this is far rarer and one of the most sought after images (although I never really liked it that much.) If you get a private offer of 50-60k you might consider it as there will be no fees but otherwise go to an auction house, artnet, consign at a gallery, or ask Laz if they have buyers wanting this.
