"new" member comes and says he has a street banksy with vermin COA
everyone else rips into him saying its worthless.
hangbags ensue..
and my voice of reason always come back, it is worth as much as someone is willing to pay but will never achieve the high prices untill banksy recognises it and gives it his stamp of approval, which will again never happen as he wants his street work to stay on the street..
IMO worth a few grand, maybe 3-5k, but the new owner will have the same problem when he tries and sells it.

Great piece and part of a time when Banksy was so prolific along the southbank. I always wondered why he did so many around there... There must have been 10 or so pieces by him along that one street!
Get it framed and look at it everyday.... I would.
