If you phone them and tell them that they were individually drawn by the artist and that they also finished them by hand also then you should get, at the very least, the duty dropped to 5%.

But heh, on the bright side, it's almost Christmas, we're 3 weeks or so away from the equinox and this is precisely the time we should all be going for UV treatment for seasonal affected...
