That's because they have historic value as well, this doesn't. I'm not knocking posters, I'm actually pushing some in this thread. I've just seen so many paintings of Hendrix knocked up in the last 20 yrs, artistically it's better than most but conceptually it's little different—the same expected cliche crazy psychedelic portrait.
It's a bit of horses for courses of course, I can see why someone might want this on their wall, but I'm just saying...

also there were only 19 of these prints sold to the general public as he gave 8 away to family and friends....good luck in your search
