There is no real evidence that Obey have done anything to their servers to improve the buying process. That was painfully demonstrated by the elephant release last week.
This one was smooth because it was done early US time. If it was a couple of hours later, it would have been a bun fight too.

Yep, demand will obviously have a huge bearing, but these did sell out quick and the the site seemed pretty stable.
I guess we'll get to see when the next mega-demand one drops.
