I doubt it - read the Ts and Cs on the registration page. Doesn't look like they want to send out 10s of thousands of emails really (can you blame them?). I'm sure the winners will hear on or very soon after the 28th or whenever closing is, but other than that I wouls expect no other emails to go out regarding this.

You may have got an email, but what did it say? Was it just the info about the release? Because I got that too and haven't registered at all. If not, presumably you've already paid, as the Ts and Cs state "The email will contain a link enabling check out & payment."

not sure, maybe if you buy a print you get a point for each ยฃ you spend, and if you get enough point you have the chance to enter the lottery, but if you flip the print you lose your points for that print , and if you flip within 3 months of purchase you lose your card for a year+.

I did post it earlier but then i deleted it, as i did not want poor old Dora having sh it loads of emails to deal with on Monday asking why have i not had confirmation ect. It was not a confirmation email, it was to tell me that i could change my subscription via the link below ect.
