Figured my odds were already slim as hell anyway. I'm not bothered cause I'm not dying to own this print, but if this was a Rat or Sale Ends I'd be really annoyed that a few hundred thousand have entered. Here's a case of careful what you wish for people, all those whining about lotteries after Nola, thanks a lot.
Unfortunately I have a feeling that this print and situation is going to mark the end of this ridiculousness. I bet this print will be sub ยฃ1000 anyway, and take whatever air is left out of the bubble.

600 signed prints of 2 colorways.. i reckon we will see them sit price wise just above colored trolleys.. which you can get for 1200 at the moment..

There are many Banksy prints I prefer the image or message, but after seeing them in the flesh they just don't cut it. Saying all that I'm sure there will be a abundance of people offering their soul for one, but at least wait until you physically have it in your hands.

How sad would it be to see 598 doughnuts on Ebay next week? Or, worse still, more than 598 doughnuts... Could happen if everyone and their dog has registered. Which reminds me, I need to get my dog sorted out with a hotmail account.

unfortunately the world doesnt work like that.. give someone the chance to earn a months wages for nothing? if i was in those shoes and was struggling money wise i would spend all day making email addresses and try and win as many as i can to sell.

Always now long odds but at least this way can forget about it for a few days and be chuffed if the email arrives and if not nothing lost.

Nice gesture from the Artist though. Nola became a real help to a great number of charities, both indirectly through the chance to win a 1/1 and through other editions such as the 32 and Inkie hand finished edition. These donut prints could go for 1500 and by rights POW could go for that being a limited company with an objective to maximise profit margins for its shareholders as dividends, but yet again Banksy keeps it real for people in the current economic climate, while other artists still think its 2007 and then some. At the moment, the way this country is now and the many that are affected by it, Banksy comes along and puts on a FREE show, a poster release for those without ยฃ500 and a print for those who collect his work. Bah. Im on their side. The lottery may be a b**ch, but people who have just become interested in the artist through the show have every right to enjoy a print and have an opportunity to purachse as those that purchased a canvas at Evershed. innit
