no obviously not, but i know the guys sitting around me did. partly becasue they saw me doing it

"Entrants from the same IP address will be withdrawn from the draw, all entrants should email from a home connection and ensure no other person(S) have entered from that address."
That said do you know if you turn your Modem off for 5minutes at the mains you will be re-connected to a different IP address.
So probably wouldnt work but may stop a few multiple entrants.
This could have been sorted so easily.........
