That said do you know if you turn your Modem off for 5minutes at the mains you will be re-connected to a different IP address. So probably wouldnt work but may stop a few multiple entrants.
no everyone is a computer geek. if i asked any of my mates/girl mates who dont sit on forums all day what one was they wouldnt have a scooby. i doubt POW will be this ignorant to deny all these people a chance just beacuse their IP's are the same.
ALSO
they stated IPaddress/Multiple names, insinuating the IP and the name as a pair so if there was mutliple same name+same IP then they would be the ones under "review"
so same name same ip differnt email applicant should be the ones worrying.

It turns out my mate in accounts wrote this and sent it to print on my printer... hehe

like a member said above, POW should have said 1 entry/1 email/1 ip address, but even this is not fair, all because some people have registered from one site they are excluded from the chance to buy...
