it was only popular because of the CHARITY part and also those who entered had to be in london and at pow during that weekend increasing the chances of you wining as WAY less people entered (or so im pretty sure)
this was a GLOBAL database accumulator as well as a release.
i dont begrudge pow for doing it like this as it is infinitely beneficial to them as a business but it sucks for us genuine art fans who just want a banksy on our walls.

I imagine a few extra's will be offered to peeps from ones that are canceled or the people don't buy for whatever reason. VLH was a lottery yet a dozen or so popped up for sale after the lottery had finished. Not that I'm suggesting you spend the next week F5ing. But who knows...
So if "unsuccessful applicants" are automatically reregistered for the next print, does that mean successful donut registrants will be disqualified?
