Help with BASTNY, by onemandown72 on Jul 10, 2008 16:59:37 GMT 1, wanted to see if anyone could help. I bought one of the recent Clooney prints from Bast, was ripped, agreed with Rae to return in exchange for another. Did so, Rae mailed me to let me know they had this and then nothing. No replacement, no mails, no reply, no reply to request to leave and just refund card (debit not credit) in fact all gone deathly silent. Has anyone got a contact number for the guys at Bast, or any suggestions as to how to deal with this. Seemed very reasonable in the mails, I'm also aware of the exhibition going on at Brooklynite, but I've mailed several times over since end of May so I've given them the benefit of the doubt - and now kind of want resolved, one way or other so any help much appreciated.

Help with BASTNY, by Gentle Mental on Jul 10, 2008 17:26:41 GMT 1, They've been really busy.
But they do reply, once the dust settled, they did for my Clooney (it was stucked in customs for a while)
have you tried using the brooklynite email address?

Why? If made clear when I bought, then not a problem. As it wasn't I didn't expect it and it didn't add to the print in my eyes. I bought the print for the image and the detail on the finishing, and not for a tear. I felt it detracted from the image, and was also easily noticable as by the numbering. Whilst this may have been OK for some, for me it wasn't and I have been pleased that Rae has been helpful in resolving.
